SET-UP CHARGE: Add $35.00 per copy; $17.50 per copy on re-orders. IMPRINT AREA:3/4" x 4"- One color imprint only. CUSTOM LOGO OR ARTWORK: Provide black and white camera ready artwork to size. (No halftone artwork). To enlarge, reduce, or touch-up artwork, add $35.00. Artwork preparation charges are additional, if required. Requirements to e-mail artwork, click here.
