SET-UP CHARGE: Add $35.00 per copy; $17.50 per copy on re-orders. IMPRINT AREA: 15/16" x 1-5/8" - One color imprint only. CUSTOM LOGO OR ARTWORK: Provide black and white camera ready artwork to size.
