Second Side or Second Color: Available on B-65, T-6. Add $39.00 die charge, plus $0.03 for B-65, and $0.07 for T-6 running charge per piece.
Pantone Color Match: $35.00 per color. Exact color match can not be guaranteed.
Custom Logo or Artwork: Please provide black and white camera ready color separated (if needed) artwork to size. (No halftone artwork), or if you need artwork preparation, or to e-mail it to us, go to the following link.

Packaging and Weight: Bulk. Tees: 4 lbs. thousand. Divot Fixers: 9 lbs. per thousand. Ball Markers: 4 lbs. per thousand.
Shipping: FOB factory or warehouse. We will use our discretion as to the best method to be used.
Production Time: From receipt of complete order and approved artwork, please allow approximate 15 - 20 working days production time in the plant on customized merchandise, unless otherwise noted. Rush services available, add $40.00.
Paper proof: $15.00 each.
Change of Copy: $20.00 each.
Overruns/ Underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the ordered amount on customized merchandise.
